Shipping

After placing order, please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be processed. You will be notified via email when the order is processed and shipped out. All orders will ship out UPS ground, unless otherwise specified by customer, additional fees may apply.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via UPS Standard. We ship the products under appropriate product codes for duties and taxes and we declare the purchase price of the pieces.

Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Love Heals does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Seren Apothecary is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Seren Apothecary issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Return Policy

If for any reason the design is not what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving order at 310-913-7710 to receive an Return Authorization Number. Full Refund will be given on jewelry returned within 14 days of purchase.
